Q: What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A: I have a background in public safety. I have gone through hundreds of hours of training that has taught me a lot about customer service. I also learned a lot of skills that were handed down to me by my grandfather and father. I keep up with all of the current forums and online information access points.
Q: How did you get started doing this type of work?
A: My Grandfather, 3 of my uncles, and my father all have done or do this type of work. I was always drawn to being an entrepreneur because I love being independant and would rather work towards my future rather than someone else's.
Q: What type of customers have you worked with?
A: I have worked the most with residential home owners. I also have experience in commercial accounts including rental properties, resorts, and doctors clinics. All of which I have worked with for several years and continue to do business with.
Q: What advice would you like to give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A: Pay attention to the person and note the price. When you hire a smaller company to do your projects, you are often supporting a small family, instead of a larger company's bottom line. These smaller companies, like ours, often come with a much higher level of focus. When looking at the numbers, consider what each dollar is going to do for that person doing the work. You will also notice that with the smaller company, your dollar will go much farther.
Q: What things should customers think about while talking to you about their project?
A: There is a lot of hard work and pride that goes into my services. Its not just simply riding a lawn mower around in circles, or pushing a wheel barrow full of mulch around.
